                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With Patel taking over ATF along with his FBI Director duties, is this a good thing for gun owners and gun shops?  My first reaction would be to say yes.  I don't think he will change much as far as rules and regulations, but he will be fair and will do all he can to foster a better atmosphere for Second Amendment rights.  I think the ATF if needed, but it has to be run by people who understand the Constitution.  I think we have this now.</p>]]></content:encoded>
