Conspiracy theories abound saying the Department of Defense has patented capabilities to manipulate and control weather. Are the recent hurricanes man made or controlled? What are your thoughts on why people are open to such speculation now on the eve of the national election?
Even if Trump were to be revealed as the Dark Lord of the Sith, he's still better than the last four presidents we've had.
I saw some chatter about this on social media and I think critical thinking needs to trump conspiratorial thinking.
Setting aside the question of whether this could even be done, what would possibly be the motive to unleashing hurricanes on the country's own population? The most compelling answer would be to steer the election in favor of Harris instead of Trump. To do this, however, would require such extensive planning, execution, and secrecy in order to reach an effect that might possibly influence voters who then might possibly decide to change their votes to Harris. It would also require a malevolent heart because the conspirors would know they're killing dozens of innocent people in the process.
In other words, it's a horribly complicated plan that uses a horribly circuitous route to possibly achieve a possible end result.
If the Deep State or Democrats really wanted to tip the scales, the vastly easier route would be to do something to Trump directly, whether it be assassination or smearing him so harshly that he could not recover. Remember, if they're malevolent enough to kills dozens of innocent people through a hurricane, surely they would be ok with going after Trump himself.
This conspiracy theory needs to be put to bed.
