Probably not, and it's not because he doesn't have a case. We know that fraud was committed, and it is appearing that it was done to benefit Joe Biden. The problem is being able to document each case in such a short period of time, and then being able to show that it would overturn the end results. It's just a monumental task to do in a month.
I guess there is still a glimmer of light with the Sidney Powell claim, although right now her case smells like it will be an over-promising, under-achieving case.
@donaldbaker I heard that several states could simply declare their elections as invalid and have the state legislatures choose a winner.
They can and the Left would scream bloody murder. If we redid the entire election with strict monitoring of polling stations with no mail in ballots except for military personnel overseas, maybe a civil war can be avoided. Unless Trump gives up and lets the country go socialist....that is.

So we are getting down to the wire on if President Trump will invoke EO 2018..or Insurrection Act or limited Martial Law. He has recently re-stated he will not concede. I'm thinking he will pull the trigger and initiate limited Martial Law in the seven states in question to seize the voting machines and have them analyzed to prove election tampering. From there, he will do what he has to do to save the Republic once the fraud is indisputably proven.

@donaldbaker Do you really think he'd do that? I haven't been following the specific claims made about evidence of systematic, widespread voter fraud. I have seen plenty of evidence of individual incidents, as well as circumstantial evidence of widespread fraud, though.
Looks like Trump was forced to walk away. He could not fight the Establishment which was in agreement on both sides of the aisle that he needed to go. Trump was never part of their club nor did he wish to be. Ultimately this was his downfall.
The "Mr. Smith goes to Washington" motif simply doesn't play in the real world. Trump was naive to think he could ever win over the Establishment.
