Yes it's going to get ugly. Trump is an alpha male with a Director's personality type. He doesn't like to lose probably because he usually wins. He's always the man in control rather than be a the mercy of someone else's decision making. He will surround himself with those who will give him the most predictable elements of control and security. Once he feels he has his key people in place, he will move against his "enemies" systematically undoing what they have tried to do to him. It is a fascinating power play, but one I hope ends soon because the longer this drags out, the more perilous it potentially can be for the nation.
Even if Trump were to be revealed as the Dark Lord of the Sith, he's still better than the last four presidents we've had.
@donaldbaker To be honest, you know who could ensure this ends peacefully? Joe Biden. If Biden were to have a press conference stating that he wanted people in battleground states to cooperate with the Trump Campaign in their investigations into voting irregularities, this would go a long way to calming the nation.
At this point, we don't know if Biden or Trump actually won. If Biden legally won, then it's his seat and we'll just have to deal with it. However, it's the fact that potentially tens of millions of Americans doubt he won that is the real issue. Having a president in office who is considered illegitimate by masses is a huge problem. I'm not talking about the phony claims of illegitimacy by Democrats over the ridiculous Russia-Trump conspiracy, but real feelings of illegitimacy because the media and Big Tech were actively and obviously trying to suppress Trump's argument.
