Still unclear, but yes, I think it might be enforced in other low-hanging fruit areas where the federal government has more oversight, such as in the airline industries. I think sporting events are also a candidate further down the line. Because they are often outdoors it would be a bit harder to enforce. Such policies could be pushed by the federal government and in left-leaning states, but would end up in court in other states which try to resist federal policies.
Isn't it already happening with some sports venues?
