Looks like Israel and Iran traded calculated attacks and for the moment, decided to not escalate further. I'm sure Iran gathered some valuable intelligence on Israel's Iron Dome response. Only 7 - 8 missiles got through, but Iran could have launched a much larger more saturated attack if they chose to. Hezbollah and Hamas could have jumped in as well and Iron Dome would have likely been overwhelmed even with the help of British, American, Jordanian, and French planes assisting. If Iran does indeed now possess hypersonic missiles, Iron Dome will not protect Israeli targets.
