Lamar sure is fun to watch. I think he has the MVP locked up. What's sad for the Jets was they had a chance to draft Lamar with the #3 pick but picked Sam Darnold instead. Darnold is a good young quarterback and the Jets will do well with him I think, but Lamar was within their grasp. 😲
Even if Trump were to be revealed as the Dark Lord of the Sith, he's still better than the last four presidents we've had.
He's a lot better than I thought he would be. However, time will tell whether he's a QB who is effective long-term or just one of those flash-in-the-pan QBs who dazzles one or two years before sinking back down into mediocrity. Agility-style running QBs typically don't have very long NFL careers, even if they are dominant over a few years. Franchise cornerstone-style QBs are typically ones that make the best choices while enduring pressure within the pocket.
